Pavan Kumar Reddy Kusuma, the Managing Director of APP, has years of experience in agriculture and an entrepreneurial spirit. Pavan’s vision has always been to put farmers first, ensuring transparency in pricing and providing real-time updates to help farmers make informed decisions. As a hands-on leader, he oversees APP’s operations and builds relationships with rice mills and other agricultural stakeholders.

Srikanth Reddy Kusuma, serving as the Vice Managing Director, works closely with his brother to support the smooth operation of APP. Srikanth manages communication with farmers and oversees the technical infrastructure, ensuring that the farmers receive timely updates. His contributions ensure seamless digital and field operations, expanding APP’s reach and improving services for farmers.
